The Webster County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is looking for a legal assistant/paralegal. Job duties include standard clerical and office duties including document preparation, answering phones, working with residents appearing at the office; and, paralegal duties including opening new criminal case files, contacting witnesses, organizing and preparing litigation evidence files, trial preparation and assistance. Specialty training for M.U.L.E.S. will be required. This position is up to 40 hours per week. Some office and clerical experience is necessary.
